William F. Quinn
Chairman
William F. Quinn is chairman of American Beacon Advisors. Previously, he served as president of American Beacon Advisors since the firm was created in 1986. American Beacon Advisors manages approximately $64 billion in pension assets and short-term cash assets on behalf of its affiliate, American Airlines, and outside clients, including the $33.2 billion American Beacon Funds. Quinn also serves as president and trustee of the Funds, which he was responsible for founding.
Quinn joined American Airlines in 1974, where he held several key financial positions. He assumed the responsibility of overseeing the company's pension funds in 1980, which have been among the best performing in the country during his tenure.
Prior to joining American, Quinn worked for Arthur Young and Co. in New York from 1969 to 1974, where he became a certified public accountant in New York State. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Fordham University.
Quinn serves as the chairman of CIEBA, an organization comprised of the nation’s largest private pension funds that focuses on public policy issues affecting retirement funds. He also serves as a director of American Beacon Advisors, the American Airlines Federal Credit Union, the United Way of Tarrant County, and the Association for Financial Professionals. Quinn is also on the investment committees of both SMU’s and the United Way of Tarrant County’s endowment funds and on the advisory board of the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts and several private equity partnerships. He currently serves on the New York Stock Exchange’s Pension Managers Advisory Committee. In 2004, Quinn was appointed by the Mayor of Dallas to chair a task force reviewing the City’s employee retirement fund for civilians. In 2004, he received Institutional Investor’s inaugural Award for Excellence in Investment Management among corporate pension funds. In 2007, PLANSPONSOR magazine named American Airlines the Corporate Plan Sponsor of the Year, and Quinn was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance by Treasury & Risk Magazine. Quinn has formerly served on the board of directors of Crescent Real Estate Equities, Inc. and the advisory board of the SMU’s Cox School of Business and is a frequent speaker on investment matters to industry groups.
Douglas G. Herring
President and CEO
Previously, Mr. Herring served as Vice President and Controller of American Airlines. In addition, he is Chairman of the American Airlines Federal Credit Union, on whose board he has served since 1995.
Mr. Herring became Chairman of the Credit Union in 2003, succeeding Mr. Quinn who held that position for fourteen years. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Herring served on American Airlines' Pension Asset Administration Committee, which oversees investments made by American Beacon on behalf of American Airlines' various pension plans. He joined American Airlines in 1986 and served in several increasingly responsible positions in finance and planning in the Corporate Finance, Corporate Development and Controller departments. Prior to joining American Airlines, Mr. Herring worked in public accounting for four years. Mr. Herring is a graduate of Baylor University and holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Michael W. Fields

Michael W. Fields
serves as chief fixed income officer of American Beacon
Advisors, Inc. and a Vice President of the American Beacon Funds. Prior to joining American Beacon in 1986,
he held several managerial and financial positions with AMR Corporation, parent company of American Airlines, and worked for the public accounting firm of Peat, Marwick and Mitchell in
New York. Mr. Fields co-authored American Beacon Advisors' original business plan in 1986 and is a founding member of the firm. He received his BS degree from Manhattan College
in 1976.
Rebecca L. Harris
Vice President of Finance and Accounting
Rebecca L. Harris
is Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Treasurer of American Beacon Advisors,
Inc. as well as Treasurer of the American Beacon Funds. Ms. Harris joined
American Beacon Advisors in November of 1991. Prior to joining American
Beacon, Ms. Harris was a Financial Analyst for Sabre Travel
Information Network. She began her career with Arthur Young & Company
in Dallas, received a BBA from Texas A&M University and is a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Rosemary K. Behan
Vice President, Legal and Compliance
Rosemary K. Behan
joined American Beacon Advisors in January 2006 as Vice President,
Legal and Compliance. Prior to joining American Beacon, Ms. Behan
served as Assistant General Counsel of First Command Financial Planning,
Inc., a financial planning organization registered with the NASD
as a broker-dealer and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
as an Investment Adviser. Ms. Behan also worked in the Enforcement
Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from February
1995 to June 2004 and was an associate attorney at the law firm
of Cantey & Hanger, LLP, in Fort Worth, Texas, from September
1990 to February 1995. From 1989 to 1990 she served as a Briefing
Attorney for the Court of Appeals for the Second Judicial District
of Texas. Ms. Behan received her JD from St. Mary's University
in 1989 and her BA from the University of Texas at Arlington in
1983. Ms. Behan is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Fifth Circuit
Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District
of Texas.
Brian E. Brett
Vice President - Sales and Marketing
Brian E. Brett
serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for American Beacon
Advisors and as Vice President for the American Beacon Funds. He is responsible for business development and client
relations. Mr. Brett returned to American Beacon in November
2004 after serving as the Regional Vice President for Neuberger
Berman, where he managed the sales and servicing of National and
Key Accounts for a variety of financial products over 11 states.
His experience includes over five years with American Beacon
as Director of Brokerage Services. Mr. Brett received his BBA from
Texas A&M University in Accounting and is a Certified
Financial Planner.
Wyatt Crumpler
Vice President - Trust Investments
Wyatt Crumpler serves as Vice President of Trust Investments for American Beacon Advisors, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing AMR Corporation's pension plan investments and the outside investment advisors to the American Beacon Funds. Prior to joining American Beacon, Mr. Crumpler served as the Managing Director of Corporate Accounting at American Airlines, Inc. He joined American in 1994 and held a variety of jobs in the Finance, International Planning, Information Technology, and Accounting Departments. Most recently, he was involved with the accounting and funding for AMR's pension plans and worked closely with Bill Quinn, CEO for American Beacon Advisors, on pension reform legislation. Mr. Crumpler has an MBA from Duke University and a BS from the University of Tennessee. Prior to business school, he worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant.
